Enchilada Ranchera

An enchilada (ground beef, pork, chicken, or cheese), topped with our mildest sauce, sour cream, onions and grated cheese

Enchilada de Mole Poblano $8.00

One enchilada filled with pork, chicken or cheese & topped with Mole sauce (unsweetened chocolate with spices), sour cream, onions and grated cheese.

Green Enchilada

Ground beef, chicken, cheese or pork, topped with green tomatillo sauce, sour cream, onions and grated cheese.

Enchilada Melaque (Crab)

One enchilada filled with Dungeness crab meat & mushrooms sautéed in wine, butter & garlic, topped with green sauce, onions, grated cheese, sour cream and guacamole.


A deep-fried flour tortilla filled with shredded beef, chicken or vegetarian and topped with sour cream, guacamole, onions and grated cheese.

Chorizo Con Huevo

Mexican sausage, scrambled with eggs, onions and tomatoes. Highly spiced, but not hot.

Huevos Rancheros

Two large eggs on a soft tortilla topped with Spanish sauce, and Monterey jack cheese.

Gordita (Sope)

One of Mexico’s delicacies. A thick corn tortilla patty with refried beans, shredded beef, chicken, pork or chorizo (spicy sausage). Topped with green sauce, sour cream, guacamole, grated cheese and onions.


Marinated broiled steak or chicken served with guacamole, sour cream, salsa fresca and four (4) flour or corn tortillas. 

Taco al Pastor

A soft taco filled with marinated pork, and whole beans, in a red salsa and guacamole on the side.

Carnitas Taco

Pork slow cooked in a soft taco served with a cabbage, tomato and lime salsa.

Taco Asada

A soft taco filled with broiled steak or chicken, refried beans, lettuce, salsa verde and guacamole.

Baja Fish Taco

A soft shelled taco filled with fish, topped with a creamy chipotle sauce.

Chalupas de Jalisco

4 small tortillas topped with pork, chicken or both, then topped  with sour cream, green sauce, guacamole, onions and grated cheese.

Chili Verde

Pork cooked with green tomatillo sauce. Served with 3 tortillas.

Chili Colorado

Pork cooked with red sauce. Served with 3 tortillas.

Carne Asada

Flank steak cooked to order. Served with guacamole and tortillas.
